Manpower is delighted to be recruiting for a Back Office Analyst on behalf of a leading FTSE 100 Credit Card Company based in the heart of Brighton. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, analytical and eager to develop their career within financial services, risk, and compliance.

About the Role

As a Back Office Analyst, you will play a key role in protecting the business and its customers by carrying out Know Your Customer (KYC), Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and financial crime prevention reviews. You'll assess merchant records with accuracy and sound judgement, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies and internal controls.

This position is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail, a naturally inquisitive mindset and a passion for delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct KYC and AML reviews for UK merchants, ensuring all cases are completed accurately and efficiently.
Assess customer and merchant information against regulatory requirements, policies and risk standards.
Identify, investigate and escalate discrepancies, suspicious activity and potential financial crime indicators.
Communicate professionally with merchants and internal stakeholders to resolve queries and obtain required information.
Maintain high levels of quality, productivity and accuracy while ensuring all documentation remains audit ready.
Support continuous improvement initiatives by highlighting recurring issues and opportunities to strengthen controls and processes.
Adapt quickly to changing priorities and workload demands in a dynamic operational environment.What We're Looking For
