Backend Software Engineer

You will collaborate with cross\u2011functional teams, contribute to architectural decisions, and help drive innovation across the product lifecycle. \n \nRequired Skills \u0026 Experience: \n3+ years of professional software development experience. \nStrong proficiency in TypeScript, Node.js (NestJS/Express), and Angular. \nExperience building and maintaining multi\u2011tenant SaaS applications, including tenant isolation and scalability. \nProficiency with REST APIs, API versioning, and familiarity with OAuth2/OpenID Connect, JWTs, JWKs, and related security best practices. \nSolid experience with PostgreSQL or similar relational databases; familiarity with key\u2011value/document stores. \nPractical experience with Git and GitLab CI/CD workflows, and automated build/test pipelines. \nUnderstanding of asynchronous patterns (queues, messaging, events). \nExperience with secrets management and key/certificate rotation. \nStrong automated testing discipline: unit, integration, and end\u2011to\u2011end testing. \nStrong debugging abilities, analytical reasoning, and problem\u2011solving skills. \nExcellent communication and collaboration abilities, working effectively across cross\u2011functional teams. \n \nWhat PTC Offers \nA collaborative, innovative environment where your ideas can shape the future of industrial technology. \nOpportunities for continuous learning, career growth, and cross\u2011functional exposure. \nA culture that celebrates diversity, creativity, and personal development. \n\nLife at PTC is about more than working with today\u2019s most cutting-edge technologies to transform the physical world.
