Day-to-day of the role:

• Work methodically to maintain excellent organisational standards within the bakery.
• Deliver high-quality results under pressure, ensuring attention to detail in all baking processes.
• Maintain exceptional personal, food, and kitchen hygiene standards at all times.
• Work independently while effectively communicating and collaborating with the team.
• Adapt to overtime requirements during busy periods to meet production needs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a bakery is desirable but not mandatory.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive, can-do attitude and strong work ethic.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
