Baker

Dolci Vita is looking for a passionate and reliable Baker to join our team. You’ll be responsible for preparing a delicious selection of cakes, brownies and other sweet treats, ensuring every product meets our high standards for quality, consistency and presentation.

We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, has a passion for baking and enjoys creating products that look as good as they taste.

ResponsibilitiesCake & Bake Production

• Prepare a range of cakes, brownies and other sweet treats.
• Produce sufficient stock to meet daily customer demand.
• Follow recipes and maintain consistency in portion size, appearance and quality.
• Prepare, bake, decorate and portion products ready for sale.
• Monitor ingredient levels and notify management when stock needs replenishing.
• Ensure products are labelled, stored and handled correctly.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and food hygiene within the production area.

Requirements

• Previous baking or cake-making experience is preferred.
• A genuine passion for baking and producing high-quality products.
• Excellent attention to detail and presentation.
• Ability to work efficiently and maintain consistent product quality.
• Good organisation and time-management skills.
• Knowledge of food hygiene and safe food handling.
• A reliable, positive attitude and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
