Brook Street (UK) Ltd is actively searching for a skilled Band 3 Assistant Medical Secretary to join our clients within the healthcare sector at Carlisle Centre, North Belfast

Rate of Pay: £11.67 per hour, paid on a weekly basis.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide a high-level Secretarial and Admin service to Consultant Medical Staff.
Efficiently manage the Consultants` Diary and Clinics.
Type and process clinic and discharge letters with precision.
Proficient in Audio Typing and Dictation.
Liaise effectively with Multidisciplinary nursing teams and department staff.
Utilize Hospital systems for seamless operations.

Requirements:
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Outlook, and MS Word.
Minimum of one year`s experience in Administration or five GCSEs at grade C and above.
Previous experience in Healthcare would be advantageous.
