Band 3 Personal Assistant

Brook Street (UK) Ltd is looking for a Band 3 Personal Secretary for our client in West Belfast

You will be providing an efficient secretarial and administrative support to designated divisional team. This includes diary management, minute taking, mail management, file maintenance and the preparation of papers and reports.

This role is full time hours and rate of pay is £11.67 per hour

Job duties:

Receive and make telephone calls, deal with enquiries and co-ordinate information in an efficient, courteous and friendly manner
Take action where necessary on disciplinary matters
To participate in the selection and recruitment of staff
Maintain electronic calendar as necessary, utilising Outlook
Electronic calendar management
Typing of correspondence, minutes, letters, memos and confidential reports and spreadsheets
File management of Corporate and Staff files

To be successful for this role you should have 4 GCSEs at Grades A-C and experience in using Microsoft packages.
