Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00am – 18:00pm

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Band 6 Radiographer to join our client's dynamic team in Plymouth. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work in a supportive environment, providing high-quality radiographic services. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional patient care and contributing to the overall efficiency of the radiology department.

Key Responsibilities:

The Band 6 Radiographer will be responsible for performing a wide range of radiographic examinations, ensuring the highest standards of imaging quality and patient safety. Duties include operating advanced imaging equipment, maintaining accurate patient records, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive diagnostic services. The role also involves participating in quality assurance activities, adhering to departmental protocols, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Degree in Radiography or equivalent


• HCPC registration


• Minimum of 2 years' experience in general radiography


• Proficiency in using advanced imaging equipment


• Strong understanding of radiation protection principles


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team


• Commitment to continuous professional development
