Banker - C13 - LONDON

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Equity-Linked Origination VP to join our Equity Capital Markets team in EMEA. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of equity-linked products, including convertible bonds, warrants, and other hybrid instruments. You will be responsible for originating, structuring, and executing equity-linked transactions for our corporate clients, working closely with our Investment and Corporate banking teams, as well as Sales & Trading teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet our clients' strategic and financial objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Originate and develop new business opportunities in the equity-linked space
• Structure and execute complex equity-linked transactions, including convertible bonds, exchangeable bonds, mandatories, synthetic instruments, and other equity structured instruments
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, providing them with strategic advice on equity-linked financing solutions
• Collaborate with internal teams, including Investment and Corporate banking, country coverage teams, sales & trading, to deliver comprehensive solutions to clients
• Stay abreast of market trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape in the equity-linked market
• Prepare and present pitch books, financial models, and other materials to clients
• Manage the end-to-end transaction process, from initial client engagement to deal execution and post-transaction support

Qualifications:

• Experience in equity-linked origination, equity capital markets, equity derivatives, or a related field
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
• MBA or Master's Degree in Business preferred
• Strong understanding of equity-linked products and capital markets
• Proven track record of originating and executing complex financial transactions
• Excellent financial modelling and analytical skills
• Strong client relationship management and business development skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
