A leading UK law firm is seeking an experienced Banking & Finance Associate or Senior Associate to join its growing national team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-value, complex transactions across sectors such as healthcare, social housing, education and property development.

The Role:

You’ll play a key role in delivering a wide range of finance transactions, acting for lenders, investors, corporates and developers.

The work includes:

• Drafting and negotiating facility agreements and finance documents
• Leading transactions from inception to completion
• Advising on real estate and corporate finance matters
• Supporting clients in the healthcare and living sectors on impactful projects
• Supervising junior lawyers and contributing to team development
• Building client relationships and engaging in business development

What You’ll Bring:

• 5+ years’ PQE in banking and finance law
• Strong transactional experience, ideally with exposure to real estate or corporate finance
• Ability to manage matters independently and lead on deals
• A collaborative, proactive and commercially minded approach
• Passion for delivering excellent client service and building long-term relationships
