Banking and Finance Paralegal

• Primarily assisting team members in relation to a variety of finance transactions
• Working closely with the Banking and Finance professional support Lawyer, as well as fee earners and billing co-ordinators
• Running client on-boarding procedures and producing pitch documents and marketing materials

Profile

• Have worked as a Paralegal in a Banking and Finance team
• Strong academic qualifications from degree upwards
• Completed the legal practice course (LPC) or solicitors qualifying examinations (SQE)
