Banking & Finance Senior Associate with 5-8 years' PQE sought for Top 20 International law firm.

The Opportunity

Our client, a Top 20 International law firm, is looking to make a growth hire into their market leading Banking & Finance team.

This role will see you act for banks, borrowers, and private equity houses on a range of matters including acquisition finance, corporate lending, asset finance, project finance and debt capital markets.

The Banking & Finance team work across sectors including renewable energy, infrastructure, mining and tech.

The firms' strong international network means they regularly deliver large, complex, cross-border transactions.

• 5-8 years' PQE gained in from a reputable firm, with experience running high-value transactions with minimal partner supervision
• Excellent academic record
• Experience establishing, developing and maintaining client relationships
