Banking & Finance Associate/Solicitor – Bristol

This is a new instruction for a Banking and Finance Solicitor or Associate at 2PQE to join a growing team and contribute to its development working closely with senior lawyers on a variety of transactions.

The department has a client base across lenders, investors, developers and corporates advising on deals for, property acquisition and development finance, corporate acquisitions and refinancing deals.

The work you will assist on...

• Drafting and negotiating loan and security documentation
• Supporting senior lawyers in managing transactions
• Delivering on documentary conditions precedent
• Taking the lead on transactions

What experience is required .......

• A minimum of 2 years’ PQE in banking and finance
• Confidence handling loan and security agreements
• Experience or interest in real estate or corporate finance
