Our client, a well-established multinational banking institution, are searching for a new Banking Lawyer to join their growing team. Description

Your day-to-day work would include:
- Providing comprehensive legal advice on business and consumer banking matters.
- Ensuring the organisation remains compliant with relevant financial regulations.
- Drafting and reviewing various business banking agreements and contracts.
- Liaising with external legal counsel when necessary.
- Supporting the legal team in other ad hoc duties as needed.

Profile

The successful candidate will be a UK or Commonwealth qualified Lawyer with strong experience in the UK in the banking space and the ability to commute into London 3 days per week. Working on consumer and business banking needs, you will be able to assist on regulatory, litigation, and commercial legal needs.
