Key Responsibilities:

• Handling financial transactions and customer accounts with accuracy and efficiency
• Providing outstanding client service via phone, email

• Managing data entry, reporting, and administrative tasks related to banking operations
• Supporting wider team functions and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives

The Ideal Candidate:
Previous experience in a banking, finance, or customer service environment
Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
