THE ROLE
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented Solicitor to join a well-established and nationally recognised Banking & Finance team. This role offers immediate exposure to high-value, complex transactions and the opportunity to work closely with experienced partners from day one.
You will manage a diverse and engaging caseload involving real estate finance, leveraged finance, and corporate banking matters. With strong organisational skills and a pragmatic approach, you’ll have the autonomy to run your own matters while also collaborating on larger transactions. You’ll also play an active role in developing the practice and contributing to business development initiatives.

THE TEAM
This nationally active Banking & Finance team is known for advising a wide range of high-profile clients including major banks, alternative lenders, and corporate borrowers. Their expertise spans across sectors with ongoing work with household-name lenders on real estate and corporate banking matters

THE BANKING SOLICITOR
You will be a qualified Solicitor with at least 3 years’ PQE in Banking & Finance, ideally with exposure to both lender and borrower-side work. You will be confident working independently and collaboratively on complex matters and demonstrate a strong commitment to client service and commercial outcomes.
