Banking Solicitor (2-6 years')

A leading Finance team is seeking a solicitor with 2-6 years' PQE to join its practice in Glasgow/Edinburgh. This role offers the chance to work on a diverse range of banking and finance projects, including real estate finance, corporate banking and specialised areas such as fund financing and bank advisory work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in high-profile banking and finance transactions
• Advise on a variety of legal matters within the finance sector
• Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent client service
• Manage and organise project tasks efficiently

You will:

• Have experience in banking, corporate, real estate, or project work (preferred but not essential)
• Possess a strong academic background
• Demonstrate commercial awareness and a client-focused approach
• Be a team player with strong organisational and project management skills
