Marina View in Bowness is a casual dining restaurant situated right on the marina, serving seasonal dishes, weekly specials, and our renowned Sunday roast. We host an extensive drinks menu, paired with weekly live music and entertainment - the perfect recipe for a great night out in the bar.

THE ROLE:
Oversee our restaurant or bar, down at the Marina in Bowness on Windermere. The role involves managing teams and responsibilities, while also implementing company systems and procedures to enhance both the customer and team member experience.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

• 2+ years hospitality supervisor or management experience
• Strong leadership & communication skills
• Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
• Adaptability & Problem Solving
• Event planning or private hire coordination
