Job Description: As the Bar Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our exclusive bar. Your role will include managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and hygiene. You will also be tasked with creating innovative drink menus, managing inventory, and driving sales to enhance the overall guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate a team of bartenders and bar staff.
• Ensure the bar operates smoothly and efficiently.
• Develop and implement creative drink menus.
• Manage stock levels and order supplies as needed.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
• Monitor and manage budgets, including labor costs and expenses.
• Train and develop staff to ensure exceptional service.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Bar Manager or similar role in a luxury setting.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent knowledge of beverages, including cocktails, wines, and spirits.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
