What You’ll Do: As the Bar Manager, you will be the driving force behind the bar, catering, and retail operations. You’ll lead a dynamic team, ensuring everything from budgets to customer satisfaction runs like a well -oiled machine. With your experience across a range of venues—you’ll bring a wealth of knowledge and a flair for adapting to various events and revenue streams.

Your role will involve:

• Leadership: Inspire, train, and manage a motivated bar team to deliver exceptional service. Your natural leadership skills will shine as you create a supportive and performance -driven environment.
  
• Strategic Management: Work closely with the Associate Director of Commercial Services and Food & Beverage Manager; to monitor budgets, drive sales, and develop business opportunities. Your insight and strategic thinking will be key to achieving financial and operational targets.
  
• Event Mastery: From intimate gatherings to grand events, you’ll manage every detail to perfection. Your keen eye for detail and ability to deliver a professional bar setup will ensure every event is unforgettable.
  
• Customer Experience: Elevate the customer journey, creating memorable experiences that keep clients coming back. Your passion for drinks production, especially in wine and gin, will set this venue apart.
  
• Innovation: Develop a social media strategy to promote the business, attract new customers, and keep the venue’s unique offerings in the spotlight.
