The Role
As Bar Supervisor, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operation of the bar while ensuring guests receive a first-class experience.
Key responsibilities include:
Supervising bar operations and leading shifts Delivering excellent customer service at all times Opening and closing the bar as a designated key holder Managing cash handling and daily reconciliations Supporting and motivating team members Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation Assisting with stock control and ordering Supporting hospitality services during weddings, events, and functions Ensuring compliance with licensing, health & safety, and company procedures
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
Experienced in a bar supervisory, team leader, or senior bartender role Confident in managing shifts independently A natural leader with excellent communication skills Customer-focused with a hands-on approach Organised, reliable, and able to work under pressure Flexible to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and event days Comfortable working across a golf club, hotel, and wedding/events environment
Essential Requirements
Full UK Driving Licence Previous bar or hospitality supervisory experience Ability to work a minimum of 40 hours per week Right to work in the UK
