The Role:

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Bar Supervisor to join our team at Kittocks Den. As a key member of the food and beverage department, you will support the Bar Manager in leading the team, maintaining high service standards, and ensuring a memorable experience for every guest.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily operations of the bar and ensure exceptional service delivery

• Support, train, and motivate bar staff to uphold standards of performance and guest interaction

• Ensure compliance with licensing laws, health and safety regulations, and Fairmont brand standards

• Assist in stock control, ordering, and inventory checks

• Deliver a consistent and inspiring guest experience, handling any complaints with professionalism

• Promote sales and contribute ideas for seasonal menus and promotions

• Maintain cleanliness, ambience, and presentation of the bar area

About You:

• Previous experience in a similar supervisory role in a high-end or luxury hospitality environment

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills

• Excellent knowledge of spirits, cocktails, and bar operations

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a hands-on approach

• Passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding guest service

• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
