An exciting opportunity has become available at Millennium Hotel and Conference Centre Gloucester London for the Bar Supervisor position. Our Bar Supervisor will be responsible for providing a warm and genuine welcome to our guests, delivering an exceptional standard of service and a memorable customer experience, and continually leading and inspiring the front of house team to do the same.

What we are looking for in a Bar Supervisor:

• Prior experience as a Bar Supervisor within a fast-paced restaurant or Hotel restaurant environment
• Passion for food and hospitality, along with the eagerness to continually learn
• Creative approach with impeccable attention to detail
• Lead by example in the operation and support the food and beverage team
• Have a confident and outgoing personality
