MINCKA is a leading specialty coffee shop situated next door to its sister company Madisons Fitness in Haywards Heath, West Sussex. We are currently seeking an experienced Barista to join our team. 

We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional coffee experiences and are looking for a skilled and passionate individual to help us continue our mission.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a wide variety of coffee beverages with precision and artistry.
• Ensure consistent quality in coffee brewing, extraction, and presentation.
• Engage with guests, providing exceptional service
• Maintain a clean work area
• Collaborate effectively with team members.

• Proven experience as a Barista, preferably in a specialty coffee environment.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
• Ability to handle a high volume of orders while maintaining quality and speed.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering consistently excellent beverages.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
