Perspectv is hiring on behalf of a busy, well-loved coffee shop on Winchester High Street. We're looking for Baristas to craft top-quality drinks, create warm connections with customers, and contribute to a positive, fast-paced café atmosphere.

🧋 What You’ll Be Doing:

• Prepare espresso-based drinks and serve high-quality coffee
• Greet customers and take orders with a smile (it can get busy at peak times, so we need someone who can stay cool)
• Keep the coffee bar clean, stocked, and efficient
• Work as part of a close-knit team during busy shifts
• Handle payments and maintain excellent customer service standards
• Learn from experienced team members and develop barista skills
