Plus, there’s a kids’ club for the little ones and a workspace.As Barista Team Manager you will be responsible for creating an exceptional experience for our members as well as overseeing the smooth operational running of the bar. Your role will include, preparing and serving a wide range of hot beverages, opening and closing the coffee stations throughout the club and maintain all hot beverage related equipment - exceeding members’ needs and expectations every time. You will also be responsible for training and mentoring the bar team to deliver a high level of hot beverages. An passion for coffee and hot drinks experience is vital, along with excellent organisational skills.
