Barista/Bakery Host

Red Hotels are looking for a barista/bakery host to help join our fabulous team and support our Food & Beverage Managers deliver service excellence. We are seeking a charismatic and professional host to be the face of our bakery. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for all our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Warmly greet and seat guests, ensuring an excellent first impression.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders, catering to guests' specific preferences and dietary requirements.
• Serve food and drinks promptly and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining areas.
• Assist with the preparation and setup of dining areas for events and private functions.
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism and a positive attitude.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role preferred.
• Delivery of exceptional hospitality in a warm and friendly manner
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• A positive attitude and a team player mentality.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

You must be passionate about delivering consistent, impeccable service and hospitality to our guests whilst reflecting our relaxed approach.
