Barr Manager

As Bar Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the bar, ensuring outstanding service standards, efficient operations, and a positive working environment. You will lead by example, remaining visible on the floor and supporting your team during busy service periods.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the daily operation of a high-volume bar environment.
Lead, coach and develop a team to deliver exceptional customer service.
Manage staffing levels, rotas and labour costs.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation and compliance.
Monitor stock levels, ordering and inventory control.
Drive sales and maximise profitability through effective management.
Ensure all licensing, health & safety and company procedures are followed.

About You

Proven experience in a Bar Manager role within a busy hospitality venue.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
A hands-on approach and willingness to support all areas of the operation.
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
Ability to remain calm and effective in a fast-paced environment.
Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail.
Passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
