Our client, a revered venue in Bristol known for its eclectic atmosphere, locally -sourced menus, and commitment to community projects, is in search of a dynamic and experienced Bar Manager to join their team at the BS4 location.

Job Overview:

As a Bar Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading the Front of House (FOH) team, overseeing daily operations, and contributing to the overall success of the bar and restaurant. Key responsibilities include managing shifts, ensuring exceptional customer service, overseeing bookings, and collaborating with the broader management team.

Qualifications:

To thrive in this role, you should have at least 1 year of supervisory experience in a similar hospitality environment. A strong understanding of financial targets, food and drink Gross Profits (GPs), and locally -sourced menus is essential. Your experience in team management, excellent communication skills, and Barista training will set you apart.
