Bathroom Designer - Showroom Based

Up to £35,000 Basic Salary + Bonus
Full-time, Permanent

Mon - Fri with 1 in 3 Saturdays (Half day)

We’re recruiting an experienced and commercially minded Bathroom Designer for a successful and growing bathroom showroom.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who combines creative design skills with a strong sales approach. You’ll manage customers through the full journey- from their initial showroom consultation to the completed design, quotation and order.

The role

* Welcome customers and understand their requirements, style and budget

* Create attractive and practical bathroom designs using CAD software

* Provide knowledgeable advice across products, materials and layouts

* Prepare accurate quotations and manage customer orders

* Follow up enquiries and convert showroom leads into sales

* Develop strong relationships and deliver an excellent customer experience

* Maintain up-to-date product and industry knowledge

* Work towards individual and showroom sales targets

What we’re looking for

* Previous bathroom or kitchen design experience

* Experience using CAD or similar design software

* Strong sales, negotiation and relationship-building skills

* A creative eye with excellent attention to detail

* Confidence managing customers throughout the complete sales process

* A proactive, organised and target-driven approach
