Job Title: Bathroom Designer & Sales Consultant
Salary: £26,000 – £28,000 basic + OTE up to £35,000
Location: Bromsgrove
Working Hours: Full Time, Monday to Friday with 1 Weekend Day Per Month

About the Role:

Are you an experienced and motivated Bathroom Designer & Sales Consultant looking for a new opportunity? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established and growing business within Bromsgrove. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in both bathroom design and sales, along with a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of the customer journey. You’ll be responsible for creating bespoke bathroom designs and guiding clients through every stage of their project – from initial consultation to final sign-off.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design tailored bathroom solutions based on client specifications and space requirements.
• Conduct home visits to measure spaces and understand client needs.
• Prepare and present professional quotations and 3D design visuals.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales and design process.
• Work collaboratively with the wider team to ensure smooth project delivery and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in bathroom design and sales is essential.
• Strong 3D design skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Full UK Driving Licence (essential for site visits).
• Excellent communication skills with a customer-first approach.
• Highly organised, self-motivated, and confident working independently.
• A positive and proactive attitude.
