We’re looking for a confident self-starter to spearhead their business development and marketing efforts. This brand-new role will suit someone with gravitas, initiative, and a knack for engaging professionals across all levels. You’ll be the door opener, the connector, and the storyteller—setting up conversations that turn into meaningful client relationships.

What You’ll Do

• Build relationships with professional businesses, introducing financial advice services
• Work directly with senior leaders to create and execute growth campaigns
• Drive content marketing: blogs, newsletters, social media, and a brand-new website
• Set up high-quality meetings and seminars for our advisers to convert prospects
• Craft direct messaging campaigns—think tailored intros, not mass emails
• Support the adviser team in expanding corporate client relationships

What You Bring

• BD and sales savvy, especially within professional services
• Quality-first approach with the ability to think and act strategically
• Proven experience in client engagement and building pipelines
• Hands-on experience with social media (LI, Instagram, Facebook)
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit
• Ability to challenge, critique, and elevate existing processes
