BD & Marketing Manager - Dublin

This multi-jurisdictional offshore law firm is looking for a driven and experienced Business Development and Marketing Manager to join their fast-paced European team, supporting the Dublin, London, Jersey, and Guernsey offices.

In this pivotal role, you will lead BD and marketing activity across the Finance & Capital Markets, Listings, Professional Services, and Regulatory teams, while working closely with senior leadership on high-impact initiatives. You’ll play a key role in shaping and executing business plans, driving growth strategies, and enhancing profile in domestic and international markets.

What you’ll do:

• Lead marketing and BD efforts across core practice areas and jurisdictions.
• Manage business plans, budgets, events, sponsorships, and client targeting initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal teams (communications, design, CRM) to deliver integrated campaigns.
• Produce compelling content and support proposal development.
• Provide strategic support to senior stakeholders and partners.

What they’re looking for:

• Minimum of 4 years' experience in business development/marketing, ideally in professional or legal services.
• Confident stakeholder manager with proven experience at executive or senior executive level.
• Skilled in MS Office, CRM systems (e.g., InterAction), and marketing platforms.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and project management skills.
