BD Assistant/Junior Executive

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Business Development Assistant or Junior Executive to join a dynamic Marketing & Business Development team, supporting a high-profile Litigation practice group.

In this role, you'll contribute to a wide range of activities, including:

• Assisting with the development and delivery of marketing and BD plans
• Supporting client targeting, credentials, and pitch processes
• Managing legal directory submissions and market research
• Coordinating internal communications, events, and thought leadership
• Helping fee earners raise their profiles through PR and social media initiatives

Who we’re looking for:

• 1-3 years of experience in a professional services environment
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• A proactive approach and keen interest in legal services
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects
