BD Executive -

We're working with a globally recognised law firm to find a talented and ambitious Business Development Executive to support their strategic growth across Europe. This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded BD professional to work across multiple jurisdictions and practice areas in a high-performing, collaborative environment.

This role sits within a global BD team and offers exposure to a wide range of cross-border initiatives. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders to support business planning, client targeting, and relationship-building efforts across Europe.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting the development and execution of regional BD strategies and campaigns
• Coordinating client visits, events, and relationship-building initiatives
• Preparing market research, briefing materials, and client-facing content
• Assisting with pitches, credentials, and client development meetings
• Maintaining accurate data across BD systems and supporting CRM initiatives
• Collaborating with colleagues across practices and jurisdictions to drive integrated client development

• Experience in a business development or marketing role, ideally within legal or professional services
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with precision
• A proactive, analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail
• Confidence working with senior professionals and cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with CRM systems and data-driven BD approaches
