BD Executive - Birmingham

As a Business Development Executive, you’ll support BD Managers and work closely with the wider marketing and business development team to deliver market-leading campaigns and help bring their legal services to market.
 
Key Responsibilities:
 

• Help create and manage sales pipelines and cross-selling opportunities
• Support business development planning across service lines
• Draft credentials documents, proposals, and pitch presentations
• Assist with launches of new services and products
• Support formal bid submissions and maintain content libraries
• Contribute to e-marketing, social media, website updates, and legal directory submissions
• Assist with marketing campaigns and internal communications
• Support the planning and delivery of events and thought-leadership content
• Coordinate legal award submissions and budget management for marketing activity

  
Preferred qualifications:
 

• Graduate or equivalent experience in a BD or marketing role (professional services a plus)
• Strong organisation and time management skills
• Great relationship builder — credible, confident, and collaborative
• Clear, compelling copywriting and excellent attention to detail
• Familiarity with CRM, email marketing platforms, and digital content systems is a bonus
• Eager to learn and thrive in a fast-paced, growth-focused team
• Positive, proactive, and good-humoured
