Salary: OTE Yr 1 £60,000.00 ++, Yr 2 £70,000.00++ Uncapped!

Construction / SaaS Sector (Desk-Based)
Location: Belfast (Hybrid - 3 days office / 2 days remote)

We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing Belfast sales team.

About You
You are commercially minded, motivated by success, and enjoy achieving results. You have:

At least 2 years' B2B sales experience
A proven track record of delivering against targets
Strong communication, presentation and relationship-building skills
Confidence using CRM systems (HubSpot experience is advantageous)
A desire to learn, develop and progress your sales careerExperience within the Construction or SaaS sectors would be beneficial but is not essential.

What You'll Do
As a Business Development Executive, you will:

Drive new business opportunities by engaging with decision-makers across the construction sector
Lead value-focused conversations to uncover customer needs and challenges
Deliver engaging product demonstrations that showcase the value of the company's data and software solutions
Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline using CRM, phone, email and digital outreach
Present and negotiate commercial proposals that convert prospects into customers
Close deals confidently across phone, video and face-to-face meetings
Consistently exceed activity, pipeline and revenue targets
