Your Role:

• Lead and manage the year group, fostering a supportive and positive environment.


• Develop and implement strategies to support student welfare, attendance, and academic achievement.


• Work collaboratively with staff, parents, and external agencies to ensure the best outcomes for students.


• Organize and oversee year group activities, events, and interventions to enhance student engagement and experience.

What You Bring:

• Degree in Education or a related field.


• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.


• Proven experience in a pastoral or leadership role.


• Strong understanding of safeguarding practices and student support.


• Excellent communication skills and a passion for student development.
