Beach Cleaner

.SEASONAL BEACH CLEANING OPERATIVE

Salary: £14.16 per hour plus Veolia benefits

Hours: 48 hours per week, 6 out of 7 days, 06.30-15.00 

Location: Ross Depot, Military Road, Folkestone, Kent CT20 3SP

*Temporary Contract from  29.06.26 to 30.09.26* ​

What you'll be doing;

• To maintain and clean public areas including cleansing of streets, beaches and the promenade using the equipment provided.  

• The removal of all litter including debris, occasionally animal and human waste, and bagged waste from the beaches. 

• Provide and maintain a clean, tidy, litter free environment within the local area.

• Liaising with the street cleansing crews to collect any bagged waste from you, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation during our busy summer period. 

 What we're looking for;

• Experience in a similar environment would be preferred, although full training will be given.

• Experience of working both independently and also as part of a team.

• An open minded and flexible approach to working during the busy summer period.
