We are looking for a Beauty Associate/ Lash Tech to join a pioneering beauty brand at Selfridges, London. This is a full-time position offering a £25,000 base salary + commission , providing the chance to work in a dynamic, fast-paced retail environment where beauty innovation meets luxury service.

About the Role:

As a Beauty Associate/Lash Tech , you will be the face of the brand, providing an exceptional shopping experience to every customer. Your main responsibilities will include:

?? Customer Engagement - Greeting, assisting, and building relationships with customers to provide tailored beauty recommendations.
?? Product Demonstration & Sales - Educating clients on the brand’s cutting-edge lash system, explaining product benefits, and driving sales through expert advice and upselling techniques.
?? Luxury Service - Ensuring a high level of customer care, creating an elevated shopping experience that aligns with Selfridges’ luxury standards.
?? Teamwork & Store Operations - Collaborating with team members to meet sales targets, maintain visual merchandising standards, and manage stock levels.
?? Brand Ambassador - Representing the brand’s values and mission, staying updated on product innovations, and sharing knowledge with customers.

What We’re Looking For:

? 3+ years of experience in beauty retail, ideally within a luxury environment
? Previous full-time experience working for a beauty brand
? Availability for full-time rotating shifts, including weekends and evenings (this role is not suitable for students)
? Beauty training (lash experience is a plus but not essential)
? A strong sales background, with the ability to meet and exceed targets
? Passion for beauty, confidence in engaging customers, and a proactive approach to sales
? Excellent communication skills and the ability to deliver luxury customer service
