 The Opportunity

We're looking for a passionate and customer-focused Beauty Advisor to join our dynamic field sales team.
Representing Tatcha, the modern Japanese luxury skincare brand inspired by timeless beauty rituals you'll inspire customers with expert product knowledge and exceptional service.

This role is based in London to work across multiple retailers.

What You'll Do-

• Deliver exceptional customer experiences through personalised consultations and expert product recommendations.


• Hitting sales targets and KPI objectives.


• Build trusted relationships with retail teams and store managers.


• Educate and coach store teams, building their confidence in our brands and products.


• Support product launches, in-store events, and brand activations.


• Maintain high standards of brand presentation and execution across your territory.


• Share feedback and insights to help enhance the customer experience and drive business performance.

Who You Are-

• Passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences.


• Adaptable, with a willingness to support wherever the business needs you most.


• Flexible and willing to travel across your territory and work weekends, including three Saturdays per month.

Qualifications-

• Previous experience in the beauty industry and a retail environment.


• Experience working with Sephora or a department store environment would be an advantage.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Basic English communication skills are an advantage.
