We are actively looking for a Beauty Curriculum Quality Lead that shares our values and wishes to join us in the next chapter of our exciting journey.

Beauty Curriculum Quality Lead

Accountable for the support, mentoring and guidance to beauty tutor coaches to ensure that our learners receive best in class teaching, assessment, and support to maximise positive outcomes.

Key Accountabilities
Responsible for the performance of the beauty tutor coach team, coaching them to plan and deliver quality teaching, learning and assessment and build trusted relationships with their learners.
Be a knowledge lead for the beauty sector, leading awarding body visits, acting as a subject matter expert to tutor coaches and ensuring that current industry standards are applied within our delivery offer.
Act as Beauty IQA support for sector specialism, ensuring that delivery is in line with our Education Inspection Framework for Quality Education.
Lead continuous improvement in both quality and standardisation, owning quality-based observations and implementing improvements and efficiencies.

Key Requirements
Strong understanding and experience in the beauty sector
Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
IQA Award
Teaching Qualification ( PTTLS, TAQA, V1)
IT literacy and sound organisational skills
Ability to travel- Main base being Stoke on Trent but some national travel required

£28,000 annual salary plus £4,000 Car Allowance per annum
39 days annual leave
