We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Beauty Sales Consultant to join our team. This role requires a deep understanding of skincare and beauty products, paired with a dedication to providing an exceptional client experience. You will educate, inspire, and delight our clients with our luxurious, high-performing beauty collection.

Main Responsibilities:
Create and deliver a unique and memorable Victoria Beckham Beauty client experience that aligns with our brand values and ethos.
Coordinate and implement inspiring visual merchandising strategies in-store to drive beauty sales and enhance the client experience.
Act as a Victoria Beckham Beauty ambassador, strategically building and enhancing the brand's presence and reputation.
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, leveraging your approachable and friendly personality to foster loyalty and repeat business.
Maximise beauty sales to achieve and exceed sales objectives, targets, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Ascertain clients’ needs and interests, providing personalised recommendations and solutions that cater to their individual beauty preferences.
Be responsible for clienteling activities and CRM activation, ensuring a personalised and proactive approach to client engagement.
Manage orders and stock allocation, ensuring optimal inventory levels and timely replenishment of products.
Create and deliver comprehensive beauty product training sessions for the wider team, enhancing their knowledge and sales capabilities.
Oversee assortment planning and inventory budgeting to maintain a well-stocked and appealing product range.
Identify emerging beauty trends and sales demand, ensuring the availability of the latest items to meet client expectations.

Essential Skills & Requirements:
Demonstrable experience in retail sales, preferably within the beauty industry.
A genuine passion and energy for beauty and skincare, with the ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalised customer service.
Strong attention to detail, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and efficiently.
Self-motivated and proactive, with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Outstanding customer service skills, with a focus on creating a positive and engaging client experience.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and trends.
Creative and innovative, with a flair for visual merchandising and product presentation.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey product knowledge and brand messages effectively.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team within a fast-paced environment.
