Role Purpose:
Working with the Beauty Services team, the Beauty Services Co-ordinator role is there to support in the smooth running of the department by working closely with both HO teams and field teams to deliver simple, efficient processes that improve performance and increase distribution. This role reports to Senior Operations & Process Manager for Beauty Studio.

A typical day in this role includes:
· Interacting with the Beauty Services team in head office, the Regional Operations team, and key stakeholders in other departments across Superdrug
· Supporting our external product and service suppliers in their interactions with the brand – mainly focused on our growth area Piercing
· Providing support to the department in key processes that deliver improved sales performance, increased profits, and support the ongoing strategy
· Looking for ways to improve and streamline current processes that remove administrative duties from the team particularly the field teams, allowing them to spend more time with their customers
· T&A for the team, maintaining holiday calendar
· Communicating with various stakeholders including stores, therapists, suppliers, and the wider team
· In the absence of the Buyer – Buying, loading, merchandising (new lines form and discontinued lines),

What you’ll need:
· A passion for Beauty Services and an eagerness to learn
· Experience of working in a retail or similar environment
· Have a strong understanding of key IT applications such as Microsoft & Outlook

Hours : 37.5 | 9.00am - 5.30pm - Hybrid working available depending on role responsibilities with 2 days working from home and 3 days in our stylish, modern and collaborative office close to East Croydon Station.
