Responsibilities:

• Conduct engaging English lessons for students of various abilities.


• Develop and implement lesson plans aligned with the national curriculum.


• Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback.


• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.


• Collaborate with colleagues to improve teaching practices and school development.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.


• Experience teaching English, preferably in a secondary school.


• Strong subject knowledge in English literature and language.


• Excellent communication and organisational skills.


• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting children’s welfare.
