Before & After School Club Manager: Bolton Primary School

Tradewind Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Before & After School Club Manager to work within a welcoming and supportive primary school in Bolton.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic, organised and caring individual who is passionate about creating a safe, engaging and enjoyable environment for children outside of normal school hours.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day running of the breakfast and after school club, ensuring children are well supervised, engaged in activities and cared for in a positive and nurturing environment.

Key responsibilities may include:
* Planning and organising engaging activities for children
* Managing the daily running of the club
* Ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all pupils
* Leading and supporting other club staff where required
* Building positive relationships with parents, pupils and school staff
* Maintaining safeguarding and health & safety standards at all times

To be considered for this role, candidates should have:
* Previous experience working with children within a school, childcare or club setting
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* A positive, proactive and reliable attitude
* Experience leading activities or managing groups of children is desirable

This role would suit experienced Teaching Assistants, childcare practitioners, sports coaches or individuals with experience within wraparound care settings.
