As a Behaviour and Inclusion Specialist, you will play a crucial role in promoting positive behaviour and fostering an inclusive atmosphere within our schools. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective behaviour management strategies.
• Support teachers and staff in addressing behavioural issues and promoting inclusion.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Behaviour and Inclusion Specialist or in a similar role within a secondary school setting.
• Strong understanding of behaviour management strategies and inclusive education practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
• Relevant qualifications in education, psychology, or a related field.
