We're hiring a Behaviour Support Assistant to work with students facing social, emotional, and mental health challenges. You'll play a key role in helping young people thrive through a therapeutic and nurturing approach. As a Behaviour Support Assistant you'll connect with students, earn their trust, and guide them toward academic success through positive behaviour management and mentorship."

• A degree-level qualification

• Passion for supporting young people

• Strong behaviour management skills

• Experience in schools or youth settings (preferred but not essential)

• Strong understanding of safeguarding in schools (KCSIE 2025) (training can be provided on this)

• Understanding of SEMH and/or special educational needs

• Prepared to apply for a DBS Check/ Provide Good/Satisfactory References

• Unique, student-focused behaviour strategies

• Supportive leadership and hands-on Headteacher

• Long-standing, committed staff team (Specialising in SEN & Behaviour)

• Ongoing training and development (Internal and External)
