Behaviour Management Teaching Assistants

Academics are searching for Behaviour Management Teaching Assistants to join a range of specialist schools across Warrington. If you have experience in behaviour management, and you are looking to increase your experience in an SEN setting, this role could be for you!

Alongside supporting curriculum learning, Behaviour Management Teaching Assistants help children develop an understanding of their behaviour, identify triggers, and assist in a child's emotional regulation. This rewarding role involves building a safe environment in the classroom, so children with additional needs have the support and confidence to reach their potential.

The Role: Behaviour Management Teaching Assistants

Behaviour Management - Assisting children in de-escalation and emotional regulation.
Support - Supporting the teacher in delivering engaging lessons
Positive Relationships - Building positive and trusting relationships with students and creating safe environments both inside and outside the classroom.
Safeguarding - Following safeguarding protocol and prioritising the wellbeing of students.

About You:

We are looking for dedicated and passionate Behaviour Management Teaching Assistants who are committed to removing barriers to learning for children who have additional needs. We are also looking for:

Experienced TAs - Qualifying Teaching Assistant with experience in the classroom.
Warrington Based - Either based in Warrington, drives, or has reliable transport routes.
Behaviour Management - Experience in working with challenging behaviour and knowledgeable about de-escalation.
SEN Experience - Experienced in working with children with additional needs. As an agency, we offer flexible work that fits around your commitments, such as studies.
