For over a decade, we’ve built strong partnerships with secondary schools across Slough and are now looking to expand our pool of skilled Behaviour Mentors to support students in need of focused behavioural guidance.

We have full-time Behaviour Mentor roles available with September starts in welcoming and supportive school environments.

• Help create and maintain a calm, safe and inclusive learning environment
  
  

• Collaborate with pastoral teams, SEN staff and teaching professionals
  
  

• Support pupils with behavioural, emotional and social needs (BESD/SEMH)
  
  

This is an ideal role for individuals passionate about making a meaningful impact in young people's lives — particularly those considering a future career in education, youth work, counselling or social care. You'll receive full support from the school and Engage Education to grow your skills and confidence in behaviour management.
