  • Build trust and rapport with students to enhance focus and engagement in lessons

  • Help students overcome learning barriers and support their emotional and social development

  • Contribute to a structured and supportive classroom environment

  • Respond to behavioural challenges in a calm, respectful, and consistent way

What We're Looking For:
  • Demonstrated experience within a secondary school or similar educational setting

  • Strong behaviour management skills and confidence handling challenging behaviour

  • Flexibility to support across multiple classes and year groups

  • A calm, resilient approach with excellent interpersonal skills

Why Join Long Term Futures?
  • A dedicated consultant supporting your professional journey

  • Opportunities for long-term or permanent roles in welcoming school communities

  • Access to a network of respected schools across the Midlands

  • Competitive PAYE rates with no umbrella company deductions

  • Continuous training and development to support your growth
